ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS DRAFT MINUTES

June 28, 2021

Chairman William Moreau called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. and led the flag salute.�

Zoning Clerk Linda McCabe called the roll:� Chairman William Moreau � aye, Mark Solan � aye, Christopher Benn - aye, Clifford Hanehan - absent, Thomas Carringi - absent, Steve Mehan - absent, Mark Sullivan � absent, Rick Burke - absent.�

Also present:� Ian Murray, Anthony Vaccarielli, Michael Bouchard, Mary J. Rose and Patty

Villano.

Chairman William Moreau apologized for the delayed opening of the meeting, and explained he was waiting to see if another Board Member would arrive, as they needed a quorum to take any action as a Board.� He stated there would be no action taken on the application this evening, but welcomed the Applicants to present to the Board.� He said the Board will listen, debate it and take action at the next meeting.� He noted we will publish another legal ad for this application and hold the public hearing on July 26^th at 7 p.m.

The Applicant stated he�ll table and present at the July 26^th meeting.

A motion was made by Mark Solan, seconded by Christopher Benn, to adjourn the

meeting at 7:17 p.m. �Chairman William Moreau � aye, Mark Solan � aye, Christopher

Benn - aye, Clifford Hanehan - absent, Thomas Carringi - absent, Steve Mehan - absent, Mark Sullivan � absent, Rick Burke - absent.�

The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held July 26, 2021. ��All submittals must be to Zoning Officer Gil Albert no later than 8:45 a.m., July 12, 2021 to be on the July agenda.
