2016 Goals

1.� Keep Town taxes as low as possible, closely monitor all town expenditures, and strive to have no additional tax increases in the upcoming years.

2.� Complete construction of the new salt storage shed.

3.� Complete negotiations and enter into multi-year contract with highway department Teamsters local 294 union.

4.� Start and complete work on new towpath trail from Germain's to Garnsey's and obtain deed from NYS for boat launch property and construct a paved launch.

5.� Update Town Comprehensive Plan

6.� Assist with phase I construction of the new regional gateway visitors center located at 30 Ferry Street in Schuylerville.

7.� Complete and have online the Solar Panel project located at the Town Highway Garage.
