Due to the absence of Board Member Joseph
Lewandowski, Walter Borisenok was elevated to full voting status.

Chairman Ian Murray stated James Vianna, PLS, notified him that due to family obligations he was unable to attend the meeting. Chairman Ian Murray stated the application is complete and clear and asked if there were any Board questions; there were none. Chairman Ian Murray stated we will publish for a Public Hearing for next month.
A motion was made by Laurie Griffen, seconded by Robert
McConnell, to adjourn the meeting at 7:36 p.m.
