Allen Caruso and Dave Blair are looking at the Harold Reiser property at 1120 Rt. 29 and would like to open a restaurant & bar in the brick house/structure, keep the middle cottage as residential use and the green cottage as a mixed use building for retail and office space; they seek information and suggestions from the Board for their proposed project.
