Old Business: James & Elena Grotto, 946 Rt. 29,
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, were asked,
at the Feb. 2008 meeting to return to the Board, showing compliance with the
Board’s request in order to renew their Special Use Permit. Mr. Grotto stated at the Feb. 2008 meeting
he would be in compliance by June 1, 2008.
Chairman Ian Murray told him he should let the Board know when the work
is complete and we will have our Zoning officer do an inspection, and if all is
in compliance, the Special Use Permit will then be renewed. Zoning Officer Gil Albert
went by their property and stated none of the requested work has been done.
