Applicant has begun to build an addition onto her house, located at 23 Saratoga Lake Rd., Saratoga Springs, NY. The lot area is 13,549 sq. ft. and the house area is 1,775 sq. ft. She would like to enlarge her kitchen and add a handicap accessible bathroom. She is applying for a front setback variance of 10’, a back setback variance of 7.2’ and a combined side setback variance of 12’; because she cannot meet zoning regulation set back requirements. This was brought to the attention of Zoning Officer Gil Albert when the Applicant came to him for help with her builder.
